You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. John 8:32

The Serenity Prayer
Submitted by Johanna

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His Will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
Forever in the next.

Yahweh, Revealer of Mysteries
By Regina

Daniel 2:47 "The king said to Daniel, "Your God is indeed God of gods, Lord of kings, and a revealer of mysteries, since you were able to reveal this mystery."

I think that it’s important to understand that just because there are many mysteries, it does not mean that there are not answers. It simply means that there are things that are kept secret, or remains unexplained or unknown for a time. Interestingly enough, when looking at the definition of mystery, it also mentions that a mystery is something that is unknowable except by divine revelation and this is precisely what we will explore.

Creation is full of mysteries and it could be said, that for many even Father Herself is a mystery. For those of us who are a part of creation, these mysteries intrigue and for many, elude. When I think back to my childhood there were many things about religion that I did not understand. I was to accept them simply as mysteries, but in recent years I have learned that while mysteries exist, there is One who is also revealer of these mysteries and that is Yahweh.

It seems appropriate to me, that as the source of all knowledge that Father would reserve Her knowledge and reveal it only to those whom She choses. As we seek Her knowledge, understanding and wisdom, She also, via Her Spirit, searches our hearts to determine if we are worthy. It should be with all our heart and soul that we seek Her and let our intentions be chaste when we do.

Deuteronomy 4:29 But from there, you will search for the LORD your God, and you will find [Him] when you seek Him with all your heart and soul.

Jeremiah 29:13 You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.

Romans 8:27 And He who searches the hearts knows the Spirit’s mind-set, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.

It stands to reason, that if we seek Her knowledge for reasons that are not righteous in Her eyes that it will not be given. Throughout time Father has revealed many things, some to only a chosen few and She also keeps things hidden from many.

1 Corinthians 2:10 Now God has revealed them to us by the Spirit, for the Spirit searches everything, even the deep things of God.

We have learned that this is one reason why The Word was created as a jigsaw puzzle, so that the revelation of its mysteries might be given to those of Father’s choosing and hidden from those who are undeserving. It is the Spirit that reveals, as it is also the Spirit that searches everything.

Psalm 25:14 The secret counsel of the LORD is for those who fear Him, and He reveals His covenant to them.

Matthew 7:7 [ Keep Asking, Searching, Knocking ] “Keep asking, and it will be given to you. Keep searching, and you will find. Keep knocking, and the door will be opened to you.”

To even be able to speak on this subject today reminds me yet again of how blessed I have been, to have come to know Father as I have and receive the instruction that has been revealed because where it left up to me I would not find myself worthy of receiving it. In a way the world has opened up for me because I see things in a different light. It is Father’s light that has been shed on many mysteries and it is She that has revealed them to me. And continues to…

I have also learned that Father does not reveal things all at once, but instead in small portions allowing time for digestion of these things before we are ready to receive more. So it’s also important that while we continue to ask, search and knock that we also realize that all things come according to Father’s timing and Her plan. While we should continue our quest we should also be ever mindful to not rely on our own understanding but instead allow Father’s knowledge, understanding and wisdom time and when it is given, accept it graciously and without demand because in time, all will be revealed by the revealer of mysteries Herself, Yahweh.

Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and rely not on your own understanding

Psalm 16:11 You reveal the path of life to me; in Your presence is abundant joy; in Your right had are eternal pleasures..

A Spark That Can Set Alight A Whole Field
By Jeshaiah

James 3:5-8 — So too, though the tongue is a small part [of the body], it boasts great things. Consider how large a forest a small fire ignites. And the tongue is a fire. The tongue, a world of unrighteousness, is placed among the parts of our [bodies]; it pollutes the whole body, sets the course of life on fire, and is set on fire by hell.
For every creature—animal or bird, reptile or fish—is tamed and has been tamed by man, but no man can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison.

In these current end times of the Tribulation, there have been quite a few events that have taken place that have started great conflicts and escalated situations. Something to perhaps consider is the destruction of the two towers in New York. If a video had not been released of a terrorist group claiming responsibility for the event, what came of the event might have been different. To further consider, there are consistently announcements made by countries' governments to declare their stance on different issues, which may not exactly be laws that are put into place to take action upon, but yet are still voted upon. And such announcements provide for responses by those countries whom hear them. Also, there are pieces of artwork that have created much controversy, and even driven individuals to seek the destruction of the artist whom created the art. So, given each of these cases, it can be seen how only a statement can create large responses.

Given how large of a response a statement can create, it makes sense to take care in words and also give consideration to the current times.

Proverbs 15:23 — A man takes joy in giving an answer; and a timely word—how good that is!

As such, there is certainly a good and bad time to speak on different topics, and especially important to speak on certain topics persistently.

2 Timothy 4:2 — proclaim the message; persist in it whether convenient or not; rebuke, correct, and encourage with great patience and teaching.

And Father's Message, Her Kingdom Message, can be proclaimed from within one's heart, taking action in all of a person's attitudes and expressed in every motion. This can be a double-edged sword, too. As Father's Spirit speaking on one's tongue can pierce the darkness and spread Truth, it can cause a variety of reactions, some positive, some negative. Regardless of the negative reactions, oneself shouldn't be discouraged from serving Father.

Revelation 13:10 — If anyone is destined for captivity, into captivity he goes. If anyone is to be killed with a sword, with a sword he will be killed. Here is the endurance and the faith of the saints.

And amongst this, also rejoicing in the afflictions that are endured. To further profess Father's Message from one's heart in every respect, it requires that things that would get in the way of this be removed and left behind. This would include any influence of uncontrolled and wrongful anger, as this would not correlate with Father's Wisdom.

Proverbs 14:17 — A quick-tempered man acts foolishly, and a man who schemes is hated.

Proverbs 21:19 — Better to live in a wilderness than with a nagging and hot-tempered wife.

Sharing Father's gifts with a cheerful heart helps to even solidly provide a foundation to help Father's Spirit along in another's heart. As such, can also help to further provide for stronger preparation for Christ's coming. With Christ right at the door, we should stay awake and maintain the light that Father has placed in our hearts; practicing our Mother's gifts for righteousness and spreading Her Light.

Healing Sounds
By Deborah

I am such a fan of some of the new Christian music artists on the radio. In fact, I am a huge fan of Christian Music radio in general. I love how at any point we can just turn on the radio in our cars, home or work for praise and uplifting music as opposed to ugly rants and rude lyrics. My new favorite song is by a group called Newworldson, There Is A Way. It has such a funky Jamie Cullum sort of sound if you like that kind of thing.

Father speaks to us in many ways. Through Her written Word, the beauty in the world, people in our lives and often music. I hear Her loud and clear in this song.

There Is A Way

You say love is just a word, just four letters in a row.
Just a thing that people say, or they never tell you so.
And you use every excuse, to let nobody in.
Now this cloud you bring around, has become your only friend.

And everybody saying that it's going to go away, but it don't go.
And everybody's telling you one day it's going to change,
but you don't know, if it's really going to end.
But there is a way, there is a spark,
there is a hope that you can hold on to.
There is a lifeline come to the rescue,
just like a hand that's waiting for you.
And if you believe in this I promise that you won't be alone.
There is a way, the truth and the life, and the way.

But if love became a man, if the word had flesh and bone.
Would you recognize His face, if He came to bring you home.
You think you're all alone, gotta do it on your own riding solo.
Is there someone you can call, when you stumble and fall?
Cause you don't know, if you'll be getting up again.

There is a way, there is a spark,
there is a hope that you can hold on to.
There is a lifeline come to the rescue,
just like a hand that's waiting for you.
And if you believe in this I promise that you won't be alone.
There is a way, the truth and the life, and the way.

Don't you think your life's worth saving?
Don't you know that love's amazing?
Don't you want to lay your troubles down?
Lay them down.

If I thought love was just a word, I might feel the same way too.
But there's so much more than that, and it's waiting here for you.

There is a way, there is a spark,
there is a hope that you can hold on to.
There is a lifeline come to the rescue,
just like a hand that's waiting for you.
And if you believe in this I promise that you won't be alone.
There is a way,
there is a way,
there is a way.
Truth and the life and the way.
Come on, there is a way.
Truth and the life and the way.
Truth and the life and the way.
There is a way,
there is a way.
Truth and the life and the way.
There is a way.
Truth and the life and the way.
Ooooh, there is a way back home.
Truth and the life and the way.

Nourishment From The Throne

Jeshaiah: Something else that had come to mind in pondering about the Orion and how the three Pyramids, including the Great Pyramid, are in about the same pattern or shape was that Father's plan can be seen in the sky for all to see, but only those that are provided the insight from Father may understand what She is trying to say, just like the following:

Matthew 13:13 — For this reason I speak to them in parables, because looking they do not see, and hearing they do not listen or understand.

At the same time, it also shows Father's plan must come to fulfillment on earth as it is in heaven.

Matthew 6:10 — Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

And since the capstone on the Great Pyramid does not match with Christ's righteousness in that Christ's righteousness hit the mark, something must be done. This, at the same time, is not restricted to only the Great Pyramid, but anywhere else on the planet, and everywhere else on the planet, that misses the mark. The planet will be brought back to the paradise it was at first, and the near future event that will occur to the Great Pyramid will reflect this, and may be a sign that can be understood to those that have a deeper understanding for the pyramid's symbolism in Father's eyes.

Regina: This…reminds me of the OP picture Prince of Yahweh II shared with us way back when…

Cherubic Commander: Perhaps similar, but not the same, and is not the OP that's being depicted. Food for thought:
Everyone loved Father in each of their created beginnings, even Dawn Lucifer. But then his love cooled off toward Father. In the Word's writings, all transgressions stem back to Satan's disposition. " But I have this against you: you have abandoned the love [you had] at first. Remember then how far you have fallen;" How far Dawn Lucifer's fall was. So far he could not stage a come back to Father's family. Yet, this opportunity was never offered Dawn Lucifer or his angelic followers: "repent, and do the works you did at first. Otherwise, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place—unless you repent." Something offered to the offspring of Adam and Eve that could not be offered to those that were perfected in Father's eyes. The lampstand is symbolic of life. If it is extinguished, then life ceases. Yet, Father has compassion for those that are born into sin. The tree of life Father would have eventually permitted Adam and Eve to eat from is now offered to those that remain faithful and come out of this nightmare as victors. "Anyone who has an ear should listen to what the Spirit says to the churches. I will give the victor the right to eat from the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God." Where is the paradise of Yahweh our God? " I know that this man—whether in the body or out of the body I do not know, God knows— was caught up into paradise. He heard inexpressible words, which a man is not allowed to speak. I will boast about this person, but not about myself, except of my weaknesses." Inexpressible words that no man is permitted to speak. Spoken words that are to be safeguarded. Paradise – already in existence. The things on the physical plane also exist in the spirit plane. The tree of life in the sacred Garden of Eden existed at Mount Zion's heavenly court long before it existed on the physical plane. What is the physicl plane. It is the manipulation of atomic structure from the smallest particles to that of the largest. Everything you view, it is merely energy manipulated. Understanding the manipulation of energy is how Dawn Lucifer took on the form of a viper and that of a dragon. Yet, unmanipulated, he remains in his purest form – that of being a beautiful angelic spirit. That structure is inherent within his makeup. Anything else is his manipulation of energy. He learned as all angelic spirits learned from Michael, how to manipulate the sub-atomic structure of creation's energy-matter. This is not creating anything new. Instead, it is the alteration of existing energy to conform to Father's laws of manipulation. So, was it possible – is it possible to be out of the manipulated flesh and blood body that is nothing more than atoms of matter that are manipulated energy? The answer is within the earlier cited Scripture: "I know that this man—whether in the body or out of the body I do not know, God knows— was caught up into paradise." Only spirit can enter Heaven. Therefore, the man could not have gone there in the flesh and lived. Yet, there is a body in Heaven that is composed of flesh, but it is not alive. It is sacred, and it is continually before Father's presence. However, the person cited in the Scripture could not go to heaven in his manipulated flesh, because the flesh cannot survive there to sustain life, so it follows that he was indeed out of his body at the time he entered the paradise of Father. Therefore, what you have all learned about astral projection is confirmed within Father's Word.

Scriptures were cited from: Revelation 2, and 2 Corinthians 12.

Deborah: I suppose the similarity I recognized was that of what look like dead bodies. Many, many dead bodies. It almost looks like captive prisoners sitting against the wall on the far side.

Cherubic Commander: Death is all around the globe. It surrounds and permeates the air. Not death from old age per se, but death caused by those that seek to bring calamity upon the unsuspecting in a willfully self righteously proclaimed decision upon the part of those that practice lawlessness. Just as it occurred in ancient days before the global deluge, lawlessness repeats itself. Where law is substituted for a lie, as in the case of Dawn Lucifer, and once again shared in by Satan's offspring of rebels against the true throne of our God Yahweh, death fills the air. And what comes forth for those that met out such grim consequence upon Christ's blood? Since Christ Jesus' own body was subjected to abuse, and his precious blood was used to purchase mankind's offspring, who are the offenders grossly sinning against? They are taking the lives of Christ's property. Just as Dawn Lucifer reached out and took the lives of Adam and Eve, though he did it in a subversive way without actually placing a bomb or the cross-hairs of a rifle scope on their body that rightfully belonged to Father. So today, Satan's offspring actually reach out, just as Adam and Eve reached out, and they take what does not belong to them. They commit an act that they cannot justify nor rectify if they chose to do so. They add to their sins by claiming to represent knowledge, just as Dawn Lucifer did, that they represent a knowledge that gives them superiority over others, and that they are justified by the actions they take. Where Dawn Lucifer sought to be a god, his offspring claim a god that suits their inner desire to execute those that do not accept their ways or belief. Where Father used the Israelite army to destroy Her enemies, Satan uses his own pawns to mimic Father's just and righteous war against Her past enemies, but in Satan's destructive path he pits one false religion against another. This in Father's eyes spells lawlessness. All belongs to Her Son Christ Jesus. Those slain in past times by wrongful action, and those slain to the present day by the lawless offenders, they are speedily bringing the calamity that Father has promised this end time generation. As the bodies pile up, and as the spirits pass over to the other side, Father looks on at the horror being brought forth in Her creation, and She again feels the regret that She made mankind. On this day, Father has shook Her head in disgust, and now She has held Her mighty right arm up above Her head. Her patience has worn thin. Her plagues are descending upon this planet, and death shall reign as it has never reigned before. What one sows one shall also reap.

Regina: I may be way, way, way off but….I see mummies and dragons.

Deborah: Yeah, I can't tell exactly what is at the base of the wall. It looks like figures sitting on their bottoms with their knees up and their hands in their head or their head just looking down. Thank you. It is truly horrific what one human can do to another. We wait on Her with obedience, faith, loyalty and love.

TURKEY – A strong 5.9 earthquakeshook eastern Turkey, with the death toll rising to 11 people. The quake struck at 4:32am (1:32pm AEDT) with an epicenter near the Karakocan town in Elazig province. Several aftershocks were felt in the region. Deadly earthquakes are frequent in Turkey, which is crossed by several active fault-lines. Two powerful tremors in the heavily populated northwest claimed about 20,000 lives in August and November 1999.

JAPAN is bracing itself after dozens of RARE giant oarfish – traditionally the harbinger of a powerful earthquake – have been washed ashore or caught in fishermen's nets. The appearance of the fish follows Saturday's destructive 8.8 magnitude earthquake in Chile, the January 12 tremors in Haiti and the 6.4 quake in southern Taiwan. This rash of tectonic movements around the Pacific "Rim of Fire" is heightening concern that Japan – the most earthquake-prone country in the world – is next in line for a major earthquake. Those concerns have been stoked by the unexplained appearance of the fish that is known traditionally as the Messenger from the Sea God's Palace. The giant oarfish are very rarely above 200 metres from the surface. In recent weeks, 10 specimens have been found either washed ashore or in fishing nets off Ishikawa Prefecture, half-a-dozen have been caught in nets off Toyama Prefecture and others have been reported in Kyoto, Shimane and Nagasaki prefectures, all on the northern coast. According to traditional Japanese lore, the fish rise to the surface and beach themselves to warn of an impending earthquake – and there are scientific theories that bottom-dwelling fish may very well be susceptible to movements in seismic fault lines and act in uncharacteristic ways in advance of an earthquake – but experts here are placing more faith in their constant high-tech monitoring of the tectonic plates beneath the surface. "In ancient times Japanese people believed that fish warned of coming earthquakes, particularly catfish. But these are just old superstitions and there is no scientific relationship between these sightings and an earthquake."

TURKEY – More than 100 aftershocks measuring up to 5.5 magnitude shook the region on Monday alone. Hundreds of earthquake survivors huddled in aid tents and around bonfires Monday in eastern Turkey, seeking relief from the winter cold after a strong temblor knocked down stone and mud-brick houses in five villages, killing 51 people and injuring 34. The temblor also knocked down barns, killing many farm animals. The damage appeared worst in the Kurdish village of Okcular, which was almost razed. At least 15 of the village's 900 residents were killed. The pre-dawn earthquake caught many residents as they slept, shaking the area's poorly made buildings into piles of rubble. The 6.0-magnitude quake hit at 4:32 a.m. (0232 GMT, 9 p.m. EST Sunday) near the village of Basyurt in a remote, sparsely populated area of Elazig province. The region is 340 miles (550 kilometers) east of Ankara, the capital. Monday's quake in eastern Turkey followed deadly recent temblors in Haiti and Chile, but the seismologist for the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute said there was no direct connection between the three. "These events are too far apart to be of direct influence to each other." A seismologist from the British Geological Survey said there has NOT been a spike in global seismic activity. "If there was a big increase in the number of magnitude 6.0s in the past decade we would know it, because we would see it in the statistics. We haven't seen an increase in 7.0s either." Scientists often see strong earthquakes but they don't get reported in the media because the damage or death toll is minimal. According to USGS data, the world is hit by about 134 earthquakes a year in the 6.0- to 6.9-magnitude range – or about two a week. (video)

CHILE QUAKE MOVED ENTIRE CITY 3 METERS to the west – Preliminary measurements drawn from global positioning stations show that the entire city of Concepcion is now 3.04 meters further west than it was prior to the massive 8.8-magnitude quake which struck February 27. The Chilean capital of Santiago also shifted 27.7 centimetres to the west. On South America's east coast, Argentina's capital Buenos Aires moved nearly four centimetres to the west and significant displacements were recorded as far away as the Falkland Islands. It was the fifth most powerful quake recorded since instruments have been available to measure seismic shifts. There have been hundreds of aftershocks, several exceeding magnitude 6.0. (photo)

Three strong earthquakes struck Chile in quick succession Thursday. A tsunami warning was lifted not long after the quakes. The quakes caused significant damage in at least one city, Rancagua. No fatalities were immediately reported and the biggest worry was damage to homes. A 6.9-magnitude earthquake hit at 11:39 a.m. local time (9:39 a.m. ET), followed by a 6.7-magnitude quake 16 minutes later, the U.S. Geological Survey reported. A third, measured at magnitude 6.0, came 27 minutes later. [Magnitude reports vary, depending on where they were recorded.] They were the strongest aftershocks to rattle Chile since the February 27 earthquake on the country's west coast. Thursday's quakes shook the ground near Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins near the coast just as Chile prepared to inaugurate a new president in Valparaiso, 90 miles away from the epicenter.

The quake that ravaged Haiti over six weeks ago destroyed up to 50 percent of the Caribbean nation's gross domestic product.

LOUISIANA – 3/8/10 – A loud sound similar to an explosion that rattled windows in the region late Monday afternoon was most likely a sonic boom caused by high-speed aircraft or a meteor coming through the atmosphere. The apparent sonic boom happened just before 5 p.m. and affected the area southwest of Shreveport to around Vidalia. "Looking at the path of the reports, there's a definite linear path." There was no irregular seismic activity in the area during the period immediately before and after the apparent sonic boom. "If indeed there was a meteor, they can come in at supersonic speeds." There have been no reports of area residents seeing a meteor, but seeing one was unlikely because of overcast and daytime conditions. "If it was an airplane, somebody's in trouble." Some residents reported seeing two planes. A spokesman for the Federal Aviation Administration did not return a call and an e-mail seeking comment. "There's a lot of questions and few answers."

An enormous "boom" heard across parts of Louisiana on Monday remains a mystery. Lots of people are still wondering what caused the earth to shake. The boom was heard across 6 parishes in north central Louisiana. A science professor said a sonic boom is a possibility and could be heard over such a large area. He also is not ruling out a meteorite. "Did we have an explosion? Yes. Where was it? Don't think it was at ground level, based upon seismic data. So, probably something that was airborne; possibly a military jet or the meteor possibility, as it was entering the atmosphere coming from northwest to southeast." An earthquake has been ruled out, since there was no seismic activity.

ICELAND – An earthquake measuring more than three points on the Richter scale hit the area below Eyjafjallajökull glacier in south Iceland early Friday morning. A series of smaller earthquakes rattled the region for the past 24 hours. A geologist was on watch to monitor the developments around the glacier and the response group of the Civil Protection Department and employees of the volcanic department of the Icelandic Metrological Office were called in for a meeting. The Civil Protection Department has a response plan in case of an eruption in Eyjafjallajökull. The first part of the plan has already been set in action – increased research and monitoring. However, the department emphasizes that the current unrest won’t necessarily lead to an eruption. Eyjafjallajökull last erupted in 1821-1823 and in 1612 before that. The eruptions have not been disastrous. They start slowly and then increase gradually. In 1994 and 1999 a series of earthquakes were sensed in the area. It is believed that a magma intrusion occurred deep inside the volcano but didn’t reach the surface.

TAIWAN – Government geologists and scientists in research institutes have stepped up monitoring of the Datun volcanoes in northern Taipei following the strike of a strong earthquake in southern Kaohsiung County. Officials said there is no need for people to panic over possible immediate volcanic eruptions. But researchers at the CGS, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Transportation and Communications as well as the academic institutions agreed that they cannot rule out new eruptions of volcanoes in the Datun Mountain right in the northern area of Taipei City. The group of dormant volcanoes, which were estimated to have last erupted some 5,000 to 200,000 years ago, have long been a key geothermal source for the hot springs in northern Taipei. But they are presently still defined as “potential live volcanoes” with possibility of new eruptions in view of their relatively young age and the existence of high-temperature lava underground. Except for the locations of geothermal sources and hot springs, the whole area is now covered by thick plants and the mountains show no signs of bulging. These indicate that there is no immediate danger of new eruptions.

ICELAND – The seismic activity in the area around Eyjafjallajökull glacier in south Iceland, which covers an active volcano, increased again Tuesday night with a series of smaller earthquakes measured between 3:40 and 5:20 am. The largest quake was 2.6 on the Richter scale. The night-time tremors were stronger than those measured Tuesday morning. The series of quakes was similar in character and lasted for approximately one hour. Magma flow seems to be at full speed inside the volcano and the series of earthquakes probably indicates a magma intrusion. It is not known how volcanic eruptions begin in Eyjafjallajökull – it last erupted in 1821 – and magma movements might continue for a few weeks. The Civic Protection Department has not lifted the uncertainty stage, which was declared last week. The volcano will be monitored continuously.

RUSSIA – Klyuchevskaya volcano continues to be active, emitting steam, ash, and lava.

CHILE – Chaiten Volcano remained active into early 2010. Emissions are slowing, but tremors below the volcano indicate the magma feeding the volcano is still moving.

HAWAII's Big Island was rocked by a 4.4-magnitude earthquake Monday evening, but did not cause major damage or injuries. The earthquake epicenter was near the inactive Mauna Kea volcano, about 5 miles south-southwest of Keanakolu, and 7 miles east-northeast of the Mauna Kea summit at a depth of 19 miles. The Hawaiian Volcano Observatory web site Monday night listed 23 earthquakes recorded on the Big Island in the past two weeks. Monday's was the strongest, which residents described as a strong jolt. Quakes reported over the last couple of weeks were in the magnitude 2 or 3 range.

TASMANIA – 3/7/10 – A lobster fisherman has drowned off Tasmania's west coast after his boat was hit by a freak wave early today and he was thrown into the sea. The 63-year-old man and a companion had gone to check lobster pots when their boat was hit by the wave near Couta Rocks, south of Arthur River. "One of the men has drowned and the other male was picked up by another vessel in the area some time later".

Cyclone 18S was 308 nmi W of Saint Pierre, Reunion.

Tropical storm Eighteen (now a cyclone) is forecast to strike Madagascar at about 12:00 GMT on 10 March.

Cyclone HUBERT was 364 nmi W of Saint Pierre, Reunion.

Two tropical depressions forming in the South Pacific may possibly turn into Tropical Cyclones over the next few days, which could affect Tonga early next week. Tropical Cyclone Depression's TD13F (just north of Vanuatu) and TD14F (Just north of Wallis) are expected to develop into cyclones the next few days. "The forecast track that most models are picking for TD14F is for it to move SW towards Fiji in the next few days and then re-curve SE towards Southern Tonga to wards the beginning of next week. Cyclone 19P was 1468 nmi SE of Kwajalein, Marshall Islands.

Cyclone 20P was 1159 nmi E of Townsville, Australia.

A RARE Tropical cyclone formed off Brazil. A compact swirl of clouds off the southern coast of Brazil on Tuesday became what was only the 7th subtropical or tropical cyclone to form in the South Atlantic basin in recorded history. Dubbed “Invest 90Q” by tropical weather monitors, the subtropical feature was producing almost tropical storm wind speeds of 40 mph by early Wednesday morning. Since such weather features are SO RARE in the Atlantic south of the Equator, there is no official naming protocol by regional weather offices. Brazil has experienced only one landfalling tropical cyclone in recorded history. Eventually dubbed Cyclone Catarina, that storm swirled off the coast of southern Brazil for nearly a week in March 2004 before roaring ashore. Catarina killed three people, destroyed 1,500 homes and damaged around 40,000 others. Extensive damage was also reported to banana and rice crops. Invest 90Q formed very near where Catarina was spawned by a RARE combination of favorable conditions. Tropical cyclones are infrequent in the South Atlantic due to strong upper-air wind sheer, cool ocean temperatures and the lack of disturbances to initiate a spin. There are no African waves in the South Atlantic, and the Intertropical Convergence Zone, key to cyclone development elsewhere, doesn’t exist in the proper location to spawn tropical storms.

The tropical depression that formed near Samoa has formed into a Tropical Cyclone and is expected to hit Fiji by late Sunday. The Nadi weather office named Cyclone Tomas at mid-day. Cyclone Thomas is 700 km from Fiji but is gathering strength and heading towards the Fiji group. “Tropical cyclone Tomas will continue to intensify during Saturday as it moves South-West through to the North of the Fiji group. It will approach the North of Fiji on Sunday and will affect Cikobia and other North Eastern Islands on Sunday.” Flooding is expected in low lying areas; particularly in the Northern and eastern parts of Fiji. The Nadi weather has also issued an alert for the Cikobia islands.

Hubert – An area of disturbed weather between the Indian Ocean islands of Madagascar and Reunion gathered into Tropical Cyclone Hubert early Wednesday. Maximum sustained winds were estimated at about 45 mph when the storm made landfall on Madagascar’s east coast near the port of Mananjary Wednesday night. There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries from the minimal tropical storm. Wet and very windy conditions from the remnants of Hubert were expected across much of southern and central Madagascar until the weekend.

AUSTRALIA – They've been hit by A ONCE-IN-A-CENTURY FLOOD, but the southwest Queensland town of St George looks to have narrowly averted a potentially ruinous river level peak of 14 metres.
The Balonne River crested at 13.39 metres at 6am (AEST) this morning and then began to recede slowly. The isolated community had been preparing for it to reach 14 metres last night, which would have inundated 80% of the town. But the level was subsequently downgraded to 13.5m – still THE HIGHEST LEVEL SINCE RECORDINGS BEGAN IN 1890. However, the threat of more rain persists with clear skies not expected to return until midweek. Meanwhile, authorities are now turning their attention to the town of Theodore in Central Queensland where flood waters were expected to rise to 13.2m today – levels not seen since the 1983 flood of Dawson Creek.

VICTORIA will batten down for another bout of wild weather today with large hailstones between the size of golf balls and tennis balls expected to fall somewhere in the state. Crews from the NSW State Emergency Service have been drafted in to help their Victorian counterparts clean up the damage caused by the mini-cyclone storm that lashed the city yesterday. The storm cell unleashed itself on Melbourne at 2.40pm (AEDT), dumping 26mm of rain in less than an hour. There is more nasty weather forecast for today, with downpours expected to be up to 100mm in some areas. The mixture of tropical weather and a low pressure system moving in from the west were responsible for Saturday's havoc. Yesterday, wind gusts exceeding 100km/h lashed Melbourne Airport and Southern Cross train station was evacuated as rain tore a hole in its roof and a deluge splashed down on the train platforms. The storm caused severe flooding in suburban streets.

AUSTRALIA – Victoria was warned to brace for more extreme weather Monday after ONE OF THE MOST INSTENSE STORMS SEEN IN YEARS smashed into Melbourne Sunday. Heavy rain was falling as a storm 'super cell' moved south after hitting north-east and central Victoria. Deniliquin has already recorded its MONTHLY MEAN RAINFALL (30mm) in ONE HOUR, and 18mmm in ten minutes, and Murchison recorded 36mm in 30 minutes. Hailstones as big as four centimetres have been reported in Numurkah. Many Melbourne landmarks are still trying to deal with the damage from Sunday's downpour. Many areas of the roof of Southern Cross station have not yet been secured, leading to the possibility of disruptions to the train system if heavy rains again fall in central Melbourne. A humid and very unstable atmosphere meant Victoria faced the same ingredients that delivered Sunday’s incredible weather. (satellite photo & many photos)

CHINA – Three people were killed and 20 others reported missing when the side of a mountain in north China came tumbling down early today, burying more than 10 homes.
Rescuers have dug out about 20 survivors of the landslide in Shaanxi province, which took place shortly after midnight, and were continuing to search for the missing. It was not immediately clear what triggered the landslide.

BANGLADESH – More than 200,000 people made homeless by a cyclone last year face a "catastrophic" humanitarian crisis because river embankments have not been repaired. Cyclone Aila, which tore through southern Bangladesh in May last year, killed 300 people and destroyed 4,000 kilometres (2,500 miles) of roads and river embankments, which prevent the flooding of low-lying areas. The breached embankments led to villages and fields being flooded, forcing 200,000 people from their homes, "many of whom are still living in appalling conditions on strips of raised land. If the embankments aren't repaired urgently, the humanitarian consequences will be catastrophic." Since the 1960s, the government has built up a network of embankments along rivers and canals in southern Bangladesh to prevent salt water flooding low-lying areas, allowing millions of people to cultivate the land. Less than a month ago, 18 charities criticised the government for not building the embankments quickly, forcing the victims to remain homeless indefinitely. The government maintains that reconstruction will be finished before the rainy season begins in May.

FLORIDA – Thursday morning saw Vero Beach fall to 33 degrees, BREAKING THE OLD RECORD LOW of 37 set in 1999. It was in the 30s all around the Treasure Coast and Okeechobee and southern Brevard counties just before dawn. Palm Beach International Airport registered 39 degrees, BREAKING THE PREVIOUS RECORD LOW of 40 degrees set in 1971. The record-breaking-cold weather is brought on by a high pressure system to the west that is pulling down colder air. That system is causing high temperatures to run about 10 degrees colder than normal high of the mid 70s.

HAWAII – Big Island areas have reached the most intense drought classification. It marks the first time since the inception of the drought monitor in 1999 that an area in Hawaii has received the D4 designation. South Kohala and leeward North Kohala are the hardest hit. Less severe drought conditions plague other parts of the state, with only Oahu without areas under a drought classification. The weather service attributed the dry weather to ongoing El Nino conditions that are producing dry and stable weather conditions through the heart of Hawaii's normal wet season. "Several gauges indicated the lowest February rainfall totals since 2000, and most were lower than the January 2010 totals." In all, more than 75 percent of Hawaii is under at least a moderate drought classification. Forecasters are predicting below-normal rainfall for Hawaii through spring.

A section of the Arctic Ocean seafloor that holds vast stores of frozen methane is showing signs of instability and widespread venting of the powerful greenhouse gas, according to the findings of an international research team. The permafrost under the East Siberian Arctic Shelf, long thought to be an impermeable barrier sealing in methane, is perforated and is leaking large amounts of methane into the atmosphere. Release of even a fraction of the methane stored in the shelf COULD TRIGGER ABRUPT CLIMATE WARMING. “The amount of methane currently coming out of the East Siberian Arctic Shelf is comparable to the amount coming out of the entire world’s oceans." Methane is a greenhouse gas more than 30 times more potent than carbon dioxide. Earth’s geological record indicates that atmospheric methane concentrations have varied between about .3 to .4 parts per million during cold periods to .6 to .7 parts per million during warm periods. Current average methane concentrations in the Arctic average about 1.85 parts per million, THE HIGHEST IN 400,000 YEARS. Concentrations above the East Siberian Arctic Shelf are even higher. The methane is not only being dissolved in the water, it is bubbling out into the atmosphere. The East Siberian Arctic Shelf, in addition to holding large stores of frozen methane, is more of a concern because it is so shallow. In deep water, methane gas oxidizes into carbon dioxide before it reaches the surface. In the shallows of the East Siberian Arctic Shelf, methane simply doesn’t have enough time to oxidize, which means more of it escapes into the atmosphere. That, combined with the sheer amount of methane in the region, could add a previously uncalculated variable to climate models. “The release to the atmosphere of only one percent of the methane assumed to be stored in shallow hydrate deposits might alter the current atmospheric burden of methane up to 3 to 4 times. The climatic consequences of this are hard to predict.”

THAILAND – As Thailand enters the hot season, experts are warning that the drought which has already affected significant parts of the country could be the worst for several years. This will have a radical effect on agricultural production, related commerce and will also affect the households of the nation in general. Experts have started issuing national drought warnings, indicating that the drought this year caused by global warming, the WORST EL NINO PHENOMENON ENCOUNTERED IN THE LAST 10 YEARS and the falling level of the Mekong River, could have dire effects for the whole country, with water reserves already at a critically low point and cultivation affected in the Central Region of the country. SOUTH AFRICA – Rains have failed during the wet season, which is now reaching an end, and the 11 reservoirs that supply the city of Port Elizabeth are falling by five per cent every month. On March 1, they were at just 39 per cent of capacity. The Churchill dam, which also serves two nearby cities, was at just 17 per cent.
"During the World Cup, we should be fine. It's after July that we are running in a very bad situation." The municipality is working out a "disaster plan" to ensure alternative water supplies, such as tapping underground water or desalinating sea water. In October, the municipality imposed water limits on its 1.1 milllion residents, and asked businesses and hotels to reduce their water use. Without enough water, farm production has been falling along the Garden Route that links the southern coastal towns that host the luxury hotels where Japan, France and Denmark will base their teams. "Several farms have already shut down. The problem is to get approval to extend existing dams and build new ones." But weather officials say the only real solution for the shrinking water supply is flooding when the rainy season begins again in September. The last big floods in the Eastern Cape province were in 1981, and to a lesser extent in 2006. "In Eastern Cape, we don't have normal rainfall. We have too much rain or too little. The drought is to be broken by the flood. The situation doesn't look promising for the end of the season. We need a flood to solve the situation. That will make problems too!"

China told the United States on Wednesday to make stronger commitments on climate change and provide environmental expertise and financing to developing nations. At the same time, China said its own efforts to reduce energy intensity have been hampered by its economic recovery in the latter part of last year, which brought growth in heavy energy-consuming industries. President Barack Obama has struggled to gain passage of a bill that would commit the United States to reducing greenhouse gases by 17 percent from 2005 levels by 2020and to paying a "fair share" into a fund to help developing countries deal with climate change. China, the world's largest emitter of heat-trapping greenhouse gases, has said it will cut its "carbon intensity" – a measure of carbon dioxide emissions per unit of production – by 40 percent to 45 percent by 2020, compared with 2005 levels. At last year's Copenhagen climate conference, rich countries vowed to provide $30 billion in emergency climate aid to poor nations in the next three years, and set a goal of eventually channeling $100 billion a year to them by 2020.

The most active part of the sun is not visible from Earth. Sunspot complex 1052-1053 continues to spit coronal mass ejections into space from its location behind the sun's western limb. These farside eruptions pose no threat to our planet.

The sun is blank for the second day in a row – no sunspots. But astronomers are monitoring a pair of dark magnetic filaments on the sun. The largest filament, which is curling over the sun's northeastern limb, stretches at least 50,000 km from end to end. SOHO has been monitoring the plasma-filled behemoth for more than three days. How long can this filament hold itself up? If it collapses and hits the stellar surface, the impact could produce a powerful Hyder flare. [Generally Hyder flares are not associated with energetic particle emission or geomagnetic storms. However, this is not always the case. At this stage in solar physics we do not really know what produces a flare.] (photo & movie)

WISCONSIN – 3/3/10 – Possible meteor sighting causes a stir in the town of Hudson. Residents east of Hudson witnessed a possible meteor burn up and explode just before 8 p.m. Wednesday. One resident saw what looked like “a huge flash of lightning coming in through the windows.” Neighbors said they witnessed the burning object in the sky and the explosion. There were two meteor showers occurring that week. The Pi Virginids occur between February 13 and April 8, peaking between March 3 and March 9, with two to five meteors per hour. The Rho Leonids, originating from the constellation Leo, occur between Feb. 13 – March 13, peaking March 1-4. Both are considered minor showers.

AUSTRALIA – 3/4/10 – Scientists are investigating claims a meteor fragment the size of a cricket ball collided into a Western Australia house. The object hit the roof of the home about 4pm on Thursday in the north-eastern Perth suburb of Beechboro. The WA Museum said the object may have fallen from a plane lowering its landing gear. Perth Observatory said it had received a “couple of reports” on Thursday night from people phoning to say they had seen a light in the sky. “At this stage no one seems to be able to put it all together, but if it was a meteor it belongs to the WA Government. The reports at this stage are very sketchy.”

MYSTERY OF PHOBOS – Something is wrong with Phobos. The martian moon looks like a solid, but it's not as dense as a rocky solid should be. Some researchers think Phobos might be riddled with vast caverns; others say it is just a "rubble pile" masquerading as a solid body. To solve the mystery, Europe's Mars Express spacecraft is making a series of close Phobos-flybys this month.

3/10/10 – Update – According to gravity-field data just beamed back from Mars Express, mass is not evenly distributed throughout the moon’s interior. A detailed analysis is underway by ESA researchers.

Update – MYSTERY OF PHOBOS (from yesterday): According to gravity-field data just beamed back from Mars Express, mass is not evenly distributed throughout the moon’s interior. A detailed analysis is underway by ESA researchers.

MINNESOTA – 3/3/10 – A bright fireball was seen over Duluth and surrounding region last Wednesday. There were more than a dozen reports on the meteor. There were three reports of "distant rolling thunder" or rumblings associated with the Duluth fireball in the Stillwater-Lake Elmo-Hudson area east of the Twin Cities. While rumblings are a good sign that pieces of the meteor may have survived, "the pressure wave is coming from much higher in the atmosphere and can be heard for much greater distances." Translation: any potential fragments could be up to 100 miles from where the sounds were heard. The American Meteor Society's Fireball Sighting Log

IRELAND – 3/7/10 – A suspected meteor shower lit up the night skies over Derry at the weekend. The celestial objects were spotted shooting across the sky in the early hours of Sunday morning by a man who says he saw the meteors at around 12:30am. "There were six of them in total. They were bright orange almost red, like balls of flames burning with a tail behind them." The lights passed over the hills of Donegal before disappearing from view. Meteor showers are caused by small fragments of cosmic debris entering the earth's atmosphere at extremely high speed. They vaporise due to pressure from the air, leaving a streak of light that can be seen from the earth but usually disappears very quickly.

LOUISIANA, GEORGIA, TENNESSEE – 3/8/10 UPDATE – A meteor hurtling through the atmosphere faster than the speed of sound likely caused the sonic boom that startled many north Louisiana residents late Monday afternoon. The apparent sonic boom happened just before 5 p.m. and affected the area southwest of Shreveport to around Vidalia. Experts had suggested Tuesday the sonic boom could have been caused by high-speed aircraft or a meteor. A Lawrenceville, Georgia resident was driving on Interstate 85 in Atlanta early Monday night when he noticed a large, electric blue ring-shaped cloud in the western sky. The amateur astronomer snapped a photo of the noctilucent cloud that likely formed when water molecules surrounded meteor dust particles stirred up when a meteor moved through the atmosphere. Noctilucent clouds are RARE and typically only form in polar regions. It's probably directly related to the apparent sonic boom. "It makes very good sense. The cause of it is definitely pointing to a meteor." A Bunkie resident claims she saw a grey mass with no flames moving through the sky about the same time Monday. The lack of flames could mean the meteor didn't burn and reached the ground, likely somewhere in a low-traffic, wooded area. Some Memphis, Tennessee residents also reported seeing a gray mass hurtling through the sky late Monday afternoon. Meanwhile, the Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the noise that rattled windows.

BRITAIN – Animal welfare experts in England are puzzled by the deaths of 75 starlings which apparently fell out of the sky and smashed into the ground. The birds were found on the driveway of a home in Coxley, Somerset, with broken beaks, legs and wings as well as abdominal injuries. RSPCA workers have begun investigating how the birds died but do not believe they were ill or poisoned before they fell from the sky. Six of the birds were still alive when they were found but had to be euthanased because their injuries were too severe. "It was a remarkable sight, I've never seen anything like it. Onlookers said they heard a whooshing sound and then the birds just hit the ground. They had fallen on to the ground in quite a small area, about 12ft (3.6m) in diameter. They appeared to be in good condition other than injuries that they appear to have suffered when they hit they ground. Our best guess is that this happened because the starlings were trying to escape a predator such as a sparrow hawk and ended up crash landing." The RSPCA believes it is possible that the birds could have been chased by a predator but when they tried to swoop to escape, they flew too low and hit the ground. The owner of the home where the dead birds were found described finding the creatures as "absolutely terrifying". "They seemed to just fall out of the sky. "The only way to describe what they looked like is that they seemed to have had a fright and were petrified."
The mystery about what happened to the birds is just as puzzling as what caused the deaths of thousands of crows, pigeons, wattles and honeyeaters which fell out of the sky in Esperance, Western Australia in 2007. A few weeks later, dozens of grackles, sparrows and pigeons also dropped dead on the other side of the world in Austin, Texas.

WHO says H1N1 continues decline in most areas – The pandemic H1N1 virus continues to circulate in temperate zones of the Northern Hemisphere but is at low levels and continuing to decline in most areas. The most active areas include Thailand, Myanmar, Russia, Bulgaria, Armenia, and Moldova. Activity is very low in North America, but Mexico and Peru have seen a slight increase in respiratory disease. Several countries in western Sub-Saharan Africa are reporting H1N1 cases.

Another pandemic wave seen as unlikely – European countries won't likely experience another wave of pandemic H1N1 influenza cases this spring and summer, though the virus will probably continue to circulate and be the region's dominant strain for the next flu season. However, the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control warned that the outlook could change if there are "significant unrecognized uninfected populations" or if the pandemic virus changes to become more transmissible. Though over time all pandemics ease and the virus becomes the dominant seasonal strain, history shows the transition can happen quickly, such as in 1957, or take about two seasons, as for the 1918 and 1968 pandemics. The extent of transmission in European countries has been difficult to determine. So far, there have been few published serologic studies. The autumn-winter pandemic flu wave seemed to spread across Europe roughly from west to east and from north to south, similar to the interpandemic pattern. Though flu barometers have declined in most countries, low-level transmission and deaths continue to occur. The big question now is whether there will be enough susceptible people to sustain transmission, given the observed low transmissibility of the pandemic H1N1 virus. Transmission will depend on how many people have pre-existing immunity, how many have already been infected, and how many have been immunized. Though the European Medicines Agency is gathering vaccination information from member states, some countries rolled out the pandemic vaccine so quickly that immunization records may be sparse or slow to be tabulated. However, early indications, such as the absence of a major resurgence in most of Europe through January, suggest that there aren't enough susceptible people to sustain large-scale transmission. The report advises countries to strengthen surveillance for severe respiratory infections and deaths and determine if any patterns are seen in specific age-groups.

1976 vaccine may protect against novel H1N1 – A mouse study found that earlier infection with a 1976 classical swine H1N1 virus completely protected against the current pandemic virus, suggesting modern day benefits for those who received the 1976 swine flu vaccine. Mice infected with either 2009 or 1940 seasonal H1N1 viruses showed partial protection, which might partly explain why older people seem to have some protection against the pandemic virus.

Salmonella contamination at a Nevada food-flavoring plant may trigger the recall of as many as 10,000 products. The recall has THE POTENTIAL TO BE THE LARGEST EVER by number of products, although the total isn’t yet known. PepsiCo Inc. joined Procter & Gamble Co., Nestle SA and McCormick & Co. yesterday in recalling food containing hydrolyzed vegetable protein, or HVP. The widespread use of the flavoring means more companies will follow. In uncooked, ready-to-eat products, like chips and dips, the risk is greater. Basic Food Flavors continued to make and distribute HVP for several weeks after it knew its plant was contaminated. “It’s a wake-up call for the food industry as a whole to be more thorough in evaluating the safety of ingredients. Big companies are putting their trust in suppliers, which is their Achilles heel.”

Household transmission lower for H1N1 than seasonal flu – A study of household transmission of the novel H1N1 virus in Texas, during the first pandemic wave, found that children were most affected and were more likely to transmit the virus to other children, but at rates that were generally lower than seasonal flu. The median time to illness onset between contacts was 4 days. The Emerging Infectious Diseases study found secondary attack rates of 4% for confirmed novel H1N1, compared with rates ranging from 13% to 30% for seasonal flu.

Brain death reported in H1N1 patient – A 7-year-old girl infected with pandemic H1N1 flu developed encephalopathy that led to brain death. She had had fever and malaise for 1 day but no upper respiratory symptoms. Her condition then deteriorated, and on admission to intensive care she had signs of severe neurologic compromise. Brain death was confirmed within 3 days, in the first such instance documented in the pandemic.

Pregnancy, obesity, heart failure, and diabetes were risk factors for admission to an intensive care unit for severe H1N1 flu. But only obesity, heart failure, and diabetes were risk factors for death.

Dutch Valley Food Distributors, Inc. Announces a Voluntary Nationwide Recall of Black Pepper and Products made with Black Pepper as a result of a recall of Black Pepper by Mincing Overseas Spice Company and distributed by Dutch Valley Food Distributors due to the possibility of contamination with Salmonella.

Nature's Variety has expanded its voluntary recall of Chicken Formula Raw Frozen Diets for dogs and cats to include the "Best If Used By" dates of 10/29/10 and 11/9/10 because these products may be contaminated with Salmonella.

Signs in False Shepherds/Religion
For among them are those who worm their way into households and capture idle women burdened down with sins, led along by a variety of passions, always learning and never able to come to a knowledge of the truth. Just as Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so these also resist the truth, men who are corrupt in mind, worthless in regard to the faith. But they will not make further progress, for their lack of understanding will be clear to all, as theirs was also. 2 Timothy 3:6-9
